METHOD FOR PREPARING 2-AMINOPHENOXAZIN-3-ONE DERIVATIVE OR 3-AMINOPHENOXAZIN-2-ONE DERIVATIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a 2-aminophenoxazin-3-one derivartive or a 3-aminophenoxazin-2-one derivative, having antiotumor activities, which have been synthesized by using human orbovine hemoglobin as a raw material, but this method includes some problems due to expensive cost of the raw material. SOLUTION: The 2-aminophenoxazin-3-one derivative or 3-aminophenoxazin-2- one derivative can be prepared by reacting an o-aminophenol derivative represented by formula I [wherein, R1 and R2 are each selected independently from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and an acyloxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms] with an oxidizing agent having trivalent iron at pH 5 to 9.
