PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial ground having high degree of control accuracy of a position when it is constructed and shortening a construction period at a low cost and its construction method. SOLUTION: The hybrid artificial ground is constructed in an ocean space constituted of caissons having a pile structure cast on the bottom ground in four corners on sides.
