PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for wiping off dirt and dust of a film or the like, free from n-hexane, capable of wiping off the dirt, the crust or the like on the surface of the film such as a lithographic film well under a wet condition, capable of allowing the surface after the wiping off to be dried rapidly and capable of keeping the unelectrified surface properties. SOLUTION: This agent is obtained by adding each small weight part of methylcyclohexane and an antistatic agent to a large weight part of isohexane. Preferably, the formulation proportion is 20-10 wt.% methylcyclohexane, and 0.5-2.0 wt.% antistatic agent based on the amount of the isohexane.
