PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that communication between drivers is not successfully made since sound of an automobile consists only single sound of a horn in the prior art. SOLUTION: By additionally installing a device uttering human voice, the communication, once ambiguous, can be made more accurately by selectively using the language, which leads to smooth traffic.
