PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the load carrying performance and mounting rigidity of a suspension member. SOLUTION: This mounting structure for the suspension member wherein a connection part 28 of a rear suspension member 19 is connected and fixed to a connection part 18 between a side member 12 and a cross member 16, is provided with a plate-like connection reinforcing member 64 provided with first to third mounting parts 66-70. The connection reinforcing member is mounted to the connection part 28 of the rear suspension member 19 by the first mounting part 66, mounted to the side member 12 by the second mounting part 68, and mounted to the cross member 16 by the third mounting part 70. The second and third mounting parts are positioned on the opposite side to a grounding point P of a wheel 14 with respect to the first mounting part and positioned on both sides of a straight line 98 connecting the grounding point to the first mounting part from the top view of a vehicle.
