EXHAUST FRAME, GAS TURBINE ENGINE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield for a gas turbine engine hub which accelerates a decrease of thermal stress in an exhaust frame of a gas turbine engine. SOLUTION: The exhaust frame contains a hub mounted inside an engine which has a plurality of supports 40. A support is extended outward in a radial direction passing through a flow cavity 60 from the hub, which allows a flow to the second flow cavity 82. In the thermal shield, the second flow cavity is formed so as to be inwardly positioned in the radial direction of the hub and in the axial direction to be set adjacent. The thermal shield contains a waveform 96 which removes a plurality of thermal stresses.
