PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate each multiple brake when releasing the brake in a multiple disc brake device having multiple discs. SOLUTION: Springs 32 to 37 are installed between each both sides of an inner disc 12 and an outer disc 13 which are movably engaged in the axial direction toward a carrier axle 54, and a ring-shaped static pressure groove 40 and a through-hole 40a penetrating the static pressure groove 40 are installed at the surfaces of the discs 12, 13. The pressure oil is introduced into an inside 28 of a brake casing 11 via a lubricating port 29 on free falling, and the pressure oil is introduced into the static groove 40 at the surface of the disc via a lubricating port 27 by degenerating a cylinder 15. This makes to apply the oil pressure on the surfaces of discs 12, 13 so as to separate them with each other.
