PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt support device for foundation concrete, which is constructed so as to carry out horizontal positioning of anchor bolts with high accuracy and high efficiency. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the anchor bolt support device, the anchor bolts 1 are held by column members raised from base members 3 fixed to the ground, and the anchor bolts which each are held by the column member by warping the base member in a predetermined direction, is horizontally moved to the vicinity of a connecting portion between the base member and the column member. Further, a position adjusting mechanism 5 is provided for the device as a deformation holding means for holding deformation of the base member generated by the horizontal movement. The position adjusting mechanism is formed of a support member 22 fixed to the ground, and a screw rod 23 and nuts for adjusting an interval between the support member and each base member. The position adjusting mechanism functions to adjust an interval between sets of screw members 19, 20 which each fasten the base member and the column member to each other along their axial line.
