PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized fluid machine which can cool a helical mechanism part without using a lubricating oil. SOLUTION: This fluid machine receives a cylindrical case 2 having opened parts 2a, 2b for ventilation in both ends, a roller 22 stored in this cylindrical case 2 further to be eccentrically arranged in a cylinder 21 to have a spiral groove 28, a helical mechanism part 3 having a blade 23 fitted to the spiral groove 28, and an electric motor part 5 driving this helical mechanism part 3 through a rotary shaft 4.
