PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a joint pipe is provided to simply shield a noise by forming a dual layer in the joint pipe. CONSTITUTION: Compound is prepared by mixing polyolefin based resin, vinyl chloride resin, and optical material with an additive. Then, the compound is subject to an injection molding process. After that, the compound is cooled for a predetermined time, thereby forming a primary article. The primary article is inserted into a secondary mold having a size larger than a size of the primary, in such a manner that a parting line of the primary article matches with a sectional shape of the secondary mold. At this time, a slot is formed in the secondary mold so as to fix the primary article. Then, a second injection molding process is carried out by maintaining the temperature of the secondary mold in a range of 50 to 80°C. A rib(15) and a loop(17) are formed at an edge of the primary article.
