PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color presenting method and a color sample book capable of accurately sharing color information. SOLUTION: A hue and color tone arraying page for arraying a plurality of selected colors along coordinate axes of hue and color tone by considering one or combinations of use, materials, experience for use and fashionable colors of an object to be colored, is presented. An approximate color arraying page for arraying a plurality of the approximate colors is presented by using a coordinate axis of an psychological image of a human for a designated color selected from the presented hue and color array.
