PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sealability of a joint part by sufficiently strongly pressing a part, opposed to a part of one joining surface of a bead where a pressing surface is absent, to the other joining surface. SOLUTION: A metal gasket 3 is provided with a hole 3a of fluid to intercommunicate openings 1a and 2a for fluid, formed at two joining surfaces 1 and 2, respectively, and a bead 3b to surround the hole for fluid. The gasket is nipper between the two joining surfaces and the metal gasket seals a gap between the two joining surfaces and the gasket. A protrusion part 3f of which the tip makes contact with the other joining surface 2 is formed in the vicinity of the part of the bead 3 making contact with only one joining surface 1.
