PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing system of rolling bearing which can restrict a deterioration of bearing performance by fixing a sealing plate without causing any deformation of a inner and an outer rings. SOLUTION: A stepped portion 31 to restrict movement of the sealing plate 7 is equipped in a end of inner periphery of an outer ring 3. The sealing plate 7 is fixed by pressing the sealing plate 7 to a ring surface 31b (end surface of axial direction) of the stepped portion 31 with a facing part 8 which faces a side surface 1a of a ball bearing 1.
