PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the operating data of a molding machine together with the knowledge of many skilled technologists by collecting knowledge from the skilled technologists without the necessity of using an only knowledge-packed technologist. SOLUTION: A plurality of injection molding machines 2-1 to 2-N and server computers 1 are connected to each other by means of LAN 4. The computer 1 stores rules for collecting molding knowledge from the skilled technologists and is constituted so that the rules can be executed. Each of the injection molding machines 2-1 to 2-N is equipped with I/O units 3-1 to 3-N enabling an operator to use the rules. When remedial items such as molding failure are generated at the injection molding machine and an appropriate remedial measure such as a change of a set value is performed, the contents of the remedial measure, the set value such as molding parameters before and after the remedial measure and machine operation data are sent to the computer 1 from the I/O units 3-1 to 3-N and store there. Thus it is possible to store both knowledge of the skilled technologist on the remedial item and machine operation data and obtain quantitative data on the remedial factors.
