PURPOSE: An inner voltage drop circuit is provided to improve a response characteristics and a capability of current supply by preventing an inner voltage(VINT) level from deteriorating due to an inner current consumption during the operation of 4 bank and by operating with separating the voltage drop circuit in response to the operation mode. CONSTITUTION: An inner voltage drop circuit includes an operation mode control signal output block, provided with a NOR gate(NOR1) for outputting by operating an auto refresh information(4bank) and 64 parallel test mode information(4bank) signals and an inverter(INV1) for inverting an output signal of the NOR gate(NOR1), for outputting a current supply control signal in response to an operation mode, a differential amplifier(21) provided with a constant current source connected a gate to the operation mode control signal output block for amplifying by a differential input between a reference voltage and a divided voltage, a voltage divider(23) for supplying the divided voltages to the differential amplifier(21) and a first and a second current supplies(22,25) for compensating the inner voltage level by dividing 1bank operation and 4bank operating by the output signals of the operation mode control signal output block.
