PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning die for a melt-blown nonwoven fabric enabling the spinning of ultrafine fibers in high efficiency and capable of reducing the energy cost. SOLUTION: A pair of hot-air blowing slits 23a, 23b are opened near the tip end 21a of a nozzle 21 to extrude a molten polymer and a pair of cold-air blowing slits 26a, 26b are placed downstream of the hot-air slits. Water-spraying slits 31a, 31b are opened in the cold-air blowing slits to supply a large volume of water-containing cold air. The molten polymer extruded from the nozzle 21 is drawn by the negative pressure generated by the flow of the cold air. Fibers having fine diameter can be produced in high efficiency by using the spinning die.
