PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having improved solvent resistance while maintaining the transparency of an amorphous polyester resin having poor solvent resistance which is mainly used for a sheet, a decorative laminate and the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an amorphous polyester resin (A) comprising 60 mol% or more in total dibasic acid components of terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid component and 60 mol% or more in total glycol components of ethylene glycol as a glycol component, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a crystal nucleating agent (B).
