FORCE DIE STRUCTURE OF MOLD FOR MOLDING CONCRETE BLOCK FOR PAVEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor-saving and a cost of a step of a force die mold working means of a concrete block for a pavement. SOLUTION: The mold for molding the block material for the pavement comprises a heater. The mold applies a high frequency vibration to continuously mold at a molding temperature of the ambient temperature or higher. The force die structure of the mold for molding the concrete block for the pavement treats a film made of a composite plating material which contains a hypophosphite and a three-element alloy of a nickel, phosphorus and boron with a DMAB(dimethylaminoborane) as a reducing agent on an outer wall of the force die.
