PURPOSE: A test method of a USB(Universal Serial Bus) cross voltage is provided, which reduces a time to measure a cross voltage(Vcrs). CONSTITUTION: According to the test method, an equation as to a linear region of a signal being output from the first signal line is made. And an equation as to a linear region of a signal being output from the second signal line is made. Then, an expected time is obtained by simultaneously solving the above two equations as to the linear regions of the previous two steps. And a cross voltage(Vcrs) is measured in the expected time.
