PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict columnar resonance generated in negative pressure air current passing piping 15a due to resonance of a solenoid 24 of a negative pressure generating valve device with the piping 15a when an exhaust recirculation valve part 8 is actuated, and cost-advantageously achieve this restriction of columnar resonance by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this negative pressure regulating valve device 15 for exhaust recirculation, a negative pressure air current from a vacuum pump 18 is sent through an output port 16 and the piping 15a to the exhaust recirculation valve part 8. Receiving negative pressure, the exhaust recirculation valve part 8 is opened, so that exhaust gas G from an engine is mixed with intake air to be reburned in a cylinder 9. Since a porous disk S provided with a porous part is provided on the output port 16, the negative pressure air current passes the porous part 28, when it is dispersed and absorbed, so that generation of columnar resonance is restricted. Due to a simple structure comprising the single porous disk S, space saving effect can be cost-advantageously achieved without narrowing a mounting space for other parts.
