PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and drive requirement capacity by minimizing a movable part and simplifying an offset mechanism. SOLUTION: In this paper after treatment device 4 of an image forming device 4 provided with a intermediate tray 3 storing paper after aligning paper in a bundle by a paper end part aligning means 2 for performing after treatment on paper sheets carried in from an image forming device 1 one by one, the paper end part aligning means 2 is provided with an offsetting mechanism 5 offsetting paper bundle in a direction perpendicular to a paper conveying direction by a pair of dampers 21, 22 when the paper bundle is delivered from the intermediate tray 3 to a paper loading tray.
