PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a position of a beam member freely changeable, enable a top plate to be inhibited from being deformed by an offset load, and allow easy performance of assembling work including water-repellent finish, while increasing the strength of jointing with the top plate or a bottom plate and achieving weight reduction. SOLUTION: The beam member 4 is equipped with plate parts P1-P20, which are connected together via folding margin parts B1-B20, and cut grooves C1-C8. The margin parts B1-B20 are folded at a right angle, and the plate parts P1-P20, corresponding to the cut grooves C1-C8, are inserted and assembled in a box- body shape, so as to constitute the beam member 4. The beam members 4 are arranged between the rectangular top plate and the rectangular bottom plate, and joined to one another, in order to constitute a pallet.
