PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin for bright treatment which has solved the problems of conventional resins for bright treatment in which although addition of a filler such as talc has been essential to improve heat resistance, the filler has reduced surface smoothness, making formation of an undercoat film indispensable to increase cost. SOLUTION: The resin for bright treatment comprises a polyester resin composition comprising 95-55 pts.wt. of a PBT resin or a PBT/PET alloy resin, 5-45 pts.wt. of a polyalkylene naphthalate resin, 0-15 pts.wt. of an inorganic reinforcing agent. The resin for bright treatment has sufficient smoothness and heat resistance by incorporating substantially no inorganic reinforcing agent (filler). |
