<p>PURPOSE:To form a wiring circuit substrate having high resolution and low electric resistance factory by using, developer containing metal or its oxide and a transfering member which contains aluminum oxide and a resin the main component and has a specified smoothness. CONSTITUTION:In the electrophotography through which a electrostatic latent image is developed by a developer and the image is transfered onto a transfering member, a composition including metal or its oxide is used as the developer, and the transfering member is mainly formed out of aluminum oxide and resin, and one having smoothness of 50 to 500 and a shining spot of 40 to 500 seconds shall be used. In this case, the smoothness is a value measured by a OHKEN type smoothness tester (KUMAGAYA physical machine company made), and the shining spot is the value of time (second) measured until the liquid film of an Isobar H formed by dropping the Isobar H (EKURIN chemical company made) onto the transfering member as much as 0.015g with a fountain-pen filler from the height of 5cm in a room being at 25 deg.C and 60%RH disappears from the transfering member.</p> |
