<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus wherein a defective image caused by defective cleaning, etc., is prevented by effectively cleaning residual toner on a photoreceptor after a transfer process even when using spherical toner, in the image forming apparatus having a cleaning process of removing the residual toner on the photoreceptor after transferring the toner image by using the spherical toner.
