PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device in which attaching working of a gas spring used for an opening and closing window can be performed simply and quickly and which is stably operated over a long period. SOLUTION: In the attaching device provided with a bracket for attaching both the ends of the gas spring connecting a window frame and a window body to the window frame or the window body in an outward-opening window, an inward-opening window or the like for opening the window body for the window frame in an inclined state, the bracket is provided with an attaching seat 2 fixed on the window frame or the window body, a protrusion shaft part 4 fitted to attaching holes 11, 12 formed on attaching pieces 9, 10 of a gas spring end is integrally provided, a locking hole 4a locking a fixture 5 is formed on the protrusion shaft part, and, after the protrusion shaft part is fitted to the attaching hole of a gas spring attaching piece, the fixture is locked in a locking hole of the protrusion shaft part.
