PURPOSE: An emergency escape apparatus in a trunk is provided, which enables a person to escape from the trunk rapidly and safely when he is confined in the trunk. CONSTITUTION: According to a trunk apparatus comprising a driver seat trunk open button(10) installed in the vicinity of a driver seat of a conventional vehicle and a trunk open driving unit(20) opening the trunk electronically by the driver seat trunk open button, a push button(31) operates the drunk open driving unit in the trunk, and a port(b) is connected to a (+) part of the trunk open driving unit. A port(d) is connected to a (+) port(50) of a lamp(32) in the trunk, and a port(c) is connected to a rear brake lamp (+) port(40). And an emergency escape means(30) has a (-) ground port(a). The lamp is connected to the ports(c,a) and is turned on only when the brake lamp is turned on. The push button is connected to the ports(b,d) and a power(+) of the lamp in the trunk is transferred to the trunk's open driving unit only when the push button is pushed, and thus the trunk is opened. |
