PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion-molded product which is almost free from deformation while an entire device is prevented from being large-sized. SOLUTION: When a separator 10 is manufactured, an extruder 14, a cooling tank 16, a take-up roller and a winding drum are used. The cooling tank 16 is installed right under the extruder 14 and solidifies the extrusion-molded product 10a extruded from the extruder 14 by cooling into a separator 10. The cooling tank 16 internally stores cooling water W and also houses a guide bar 21 with an arranged temperature adjusting unit 24 having cooling nozzles 22. The cooling nozzles 22 are connected to communicate with a branched pipe 34 branching out of an exhaust pipe 32 and are arranged on both sides of the extrusion-molded product 10a right after being introduced into the cooling tank 16 while held in between. Further, the cooling water W whose temperature is adjusted is jetted to the extrusion-molded product 10a from the outer peripheral side. |
