PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding body with a cylindrical adaptor, which can be easily inserted into a winding body hollow part, provided with a strong resilient supporting force for the winding body, and repeatedly reused after consumption of a band, without using any paper tube winding core, which is conventionally used for fixing and winding a packaging winding body of a synthetic resin band on it and only disposed as industrial waste after consumption of the band. SOLUTION: In the hollow part of the packaging synthetic resin band wound up in the coreless form, the cylindrical adaptor formed by pressing and shrinking a notched cylindrical body, which is formed by warping a polyethylene terephthalate plate, in the diameter in a diameter expanding directional resilient force applying condition is inserted removably.
