PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating superior-quantitativeness data for biochemical analysis by illuminating an accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer exposed by a radioactive marker substance with a stimulating light to stimulate a stimulable phosphor and photoelectrically detecting the emitted stimulated ray when a spot region labeled by bonding a substance originating from a living body labeled by a radioactive substance to a specific bond substance having known base sequence and the like is formed to a carrier. SOLUTION: An exposure method for an accumulative phosphor sheet is provided, in which a unit for biochemical analysis provided with a plurality of adsorptive regions where the substance originating from the living body labeled by the radioactive substance is bonded to the specific bond substance dropped to a plurality of adsorptive regions 4 on a substrate 2 formed of a material which attenuates radiation, the accumulative phosphor sheet having the stimulable phosphor layer formed, and a radiation reflecting plate are sequentially overlapped in an order from the reflecting plate to the unit for biochemical analysis to the cumulative phosphor sheet, and the stimulable phosphor layer of the accumulative phosphor sheet is exposed by the radioactive marker substance of the adsorptive regions.
