摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel driving device in which a visual noise is not generated on the screen of a display panel even when noise is mixed in a small signal system. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a shift register 15 successively storing address data according to a second clock, a latch circuit 16 latching the address data stored in the shift register 15 and a driving circuit 17 driving a display panel 21 based on the address data outputted from the latch circuit 16. The device stops the supplying of the second clock to the shift register 15 after regular timing when a prescribed address data stored in the shift register 15 are to be latched by the latch circuit 16.
