<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly execute creation of an ID card based on a desired facial image in a simple way, even when rephotographing of the facial image is required. SOLUTION: A given image (a still image) is frozen at an image processing device 6 by manipulating a shutter button of an operating part 36. Next, the frozen still image is confirmed through a monitor display and thereby, it is made sure that there is no image defect such as a closed eye. An operator manipulates a confirmation button of the operating part 36. Consequently, facial image data in a frame memory unit of the image processing device 6, are transferred to an EWS 2 as facial image data for ID card creation. When the image defect such as a closed eye is detected through the image displayed in a TV monitor 7, the image is rephotographed and this procedural step is repeated unitl the facial image data are obtained as originally anticipated.</p> |
