PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device with a door mechanism, which can bring about constitutional simplification of a shutter curtain, facilitation of securement of a required function and facilitation of manufacture. SOLUTION: The shutter curtain 20 is constituted by assembling respective curtain compartment parts 20A and 20B under a state of a division into the more than one compartment, and the compartment parts 20A and 20B are put in a state of being connected together by a connecting part 23 at least under a state in which the shutter curtain 20 is closed. When the door mechanisms 50 and 51 are arranged in the shutter curtain 20, at least communication parts 30 and 31 of the door mechanisms 50 and 51 are arranged in locations except the connecting part 23 of the shutter curtain 20 under the closed state, and a seat plate 22 is provided at a lower end of the shutter curtain 20.
