PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that rebuilding of a house requires considerable cost and labor differently from reform though needed when residents want to live in the house having an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: An exterior wall material and an external facing material, which constitute an opening of an existing exterior wall, are removed from the existing house under a state wherein a steel-framed skeleton is left; a newly- mounted exterior wall material and a newly-mounted external facing materials 52a and 53a are fixed to the steel-framed skeleton; and the house 51a is constituted so that colors of the materials 52a and 53a and a color of the exterior wall material after the reform can be combined together in a prescribed manner.
