SOLUTION: The game device has a recording medium processing means provided correspondingly to a game machine and at least reading recorded information of a game recording medium, a coin identification means identifying coins accepted, fixedly holding a first game recording medium in a prescribed position of the interior of a device allowing the reading of recorded information and a window portion allowing visual confirmation of the first game recording medium from the outside of the device, an extraction prevention section preventing extraction of the first game recording medium, a money receipt processing means allowing identification of negotiable game value of an amount equivalent to a prescribed amount within the monetary amount of coins accepted by recorded information of the first game recording medium, and a use processing means executing use processing for making the amount of negotiable game value within a negotiable game value of the amount that is made identifiable to be used for a game.
