发明名称 PLATE THICKNESS CONTROL METHOD IN COLD ROLLING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate thickness control method which reduces variation in plate thickness by adjusting a response feature of motor control system against a speed command value to be optimum for the plate thickness control system. SOLUTION: A command value of a motor speed at a controlled stand is calculated by computers 8, 10 in accordance with the measured value and command value on plate thickness by plate thickness gauges 6, 7. A speed command value calculated by computers 8, 10 is given to motor control devices 9, 11 which comprises a controller 12 to output a motor current based on the speed command value and a controller 13 to output a motor current based on the actual motor speed. Each output of controllers 12, 13 of motor control devices 9, 11 is added and given to motors. Each of controllers 12, 13 individually adjusts the response feature, which makes the response feature of the motor control devices 9, 11 against the speed command value to be adjusted to be optimum for plate thickness control system.
