PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microsphere gel easily decayed by embrocation. SOLUTION: While a liquid oil solution dissolved with a polysaccharide ester is kept at a temperature above the gelatinization temperature of this solution, the solution is finely dispersed into a non-solvent of liquid oil and thereafter the dispersion is poured into an equivalent amount or above of the separately prepared liquid oil and is cooled and gelatinized and the non-solvent is recovered and is dispersed into the same solvent as a gel forming solvent, by the soft microsphere gel of 100 to 3,000μm is obtained.
