PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for a window screen with excellent workability which can clean a net of the window screen by softly pressing a wiping cloth on the net by suitable force without damaging the net. SOLUTION: A cleaning tool body 2 is composed by attaching a holding plate 4 of substantially rectangular shape on the upper surface of a sponge body 3 of substantially oblong plate shape having compressibility and a handle 5 at the holding plate 4, holes 6 are provided at four corners of the holding plate 4, and cuts 7 for pressing and fitting a wiping cloth 1 are provided at the corresponding position to the holes 6 on the upper surface of the sponge body 3.
