PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the lending unit price of a game ball lending machine changeable by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A medal putting-out device 34 puts out medals for a pachinko- slot machine as game mediums. A putting-out sensor 40 detects the putting-out of medals. A putting-out control device 44 stops the putting-out of medals when the number of medals put out reaches a reference put-out number. A lending unit price control device 30 is added to the device. The lending unit price control device 30 receives signals from the putting-out sensor 40. The lending unit price control device 30 transmits the put-out number of medals different from the actual put-out number to the putting-out control device 44, whereby as the number of put-out medals different from the reference number is put out, the lending unit price is changed. Preferably, when the actual put-out number reaches a number corresponding to a set lending unit price, putting-out of medals of the reference number is transmitted to the putting-out stopping means.
