PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-dewatering device which has a simple structure and can perform dewatering work for a short time by shaking boiled noodles (A) automatically as if needles were shaken by hand. SOLUTION: A square container (3) to hold a colander (A) for boiled noodles soaked in a hot water tub with noodles is connected with an electric motor (4) through a slider crank mechanism, and the revolution of a revolving axis (4a) of the electric motor (4) is transformed into a reciprocal motion of the square container (3). The dewatering is automatically and efficiently performed with an increasing speed of the vertical motion, as if the colander (A) with the noodles contained in the square vertical container (3) were shaken by hand. |
