PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by simultaneously moving a dish basket by opening/closing a lid and to smoothly move the dish basket in a dishwasher for washing the dishes arranged in the dish basket housed in a washing tub. SOLUTION: The opening of a partially opened washing tub 2 is opened/ closed through a pivotally supporting shaft 12 on the side of lower terminal by a lid 16, a dish basket 18 is housed in the washing tub 2, and the lid 16 and the dish basket 18 are linked by a link member 20. The dish basket 18 can be moved outward/inward through the link member 20 by opening/closing the lid 16, and the dish basket 18 is not practically moved outward on the initial stage when opening the lid 16 but starts moving outward in the middle of opening of the lid 16.
