SEPTIC TANK AND METHOD FOR PARTITIONING INSIDE OF TANK BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a septic tank having various kinds of working chambers which can assure sufficient watertightness inside a tank body. SOLUTION: The septic tank has a plurality of large treating chambers which are formed by partitioning the inside of the tank body by a partitioning plate and a plurality of small treating chambers which are formed by partitioning the inside of at least one large treating chamber among a plurality of large treating chambers by a partitioning member arranged by bringing at least one surface thereof into contact with the partitioning plate forming the large treating chamber. The septic tank is characterized by that a first fitting section is formed in a surface of the partitioning member being in contact with the partitioning plate, a second fitting section is formed in a surface of the partitioning plate being in contact with the partitioning member and a plurality of small treating chambers are partitioned by fitting the first fitting section and the second fitting section to each other.
