PURPOSE: A condenser for air conditioner is provided to reduce power consumption by minimizing discharging force needed for a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(7) includes an upper header(75) to which refrigerant gas flows in; a plurality of heat exchange tubes(79) connected to a lower side of the upper header to make the refrigerant gas distributed from the upper header exchange heat with air or water contacting outer surfaces thereof to condense; heat transfer fins protrusively formed on peripheral surfaces of the heat exchange tubes; and a lower header(77) connected to lower parts of the heat exchange tubes and collecting refrigerant condensed and falling to discharge to an evaporator.
