TRANSFORMED BABY NEMATODE WHEREIN CHOLESTEROL COMPOSED IN VIVO

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is transformed baby nematode wherein cholesterol is composed in vivo which imports 7-dihydrocholesterol reductase gene into baby nematode so that it is widely useful in studying the effect of cholesterol in vivo. CONSTITUTION: The transformed baby nematode wherein cholesterol is composed in vivo as Caenorhabditis elegans(KCTC 0996BP) is characterized by importing a transformed vector, in which 7-dihydrocholesterol reductase gene is imported into a vector with a promoter of heat shocking protein and cloned, and a manifestation vector(pRF4) which induces a spinning roll of the baby nematode, into normal baby nematode.
