An air cleaner structure of a motorcycle, wherein a pair of right and left side suction ducts of an air cleaner are installed at the upper part of the air cleaner in the state of being inclined so as to be formed generally in V−shape on both sides of a main frame as viewed from the rear part of a body, whereby the height and the size of the air cleaner can be reduced, and thus the air cleaner can be easily connected, for example, to a carburetor through a clearance between the main frame and an engine, the degree of freedoms for arrangement of the air cleaner on the body can be increased, a storage space before assembly thereof on the body can be reduced, the handling thereof during the transportation can be facilitated, and the height of a body cover disposed over the air cleaner can be reduced so as to improve the easiness for a crew to ride on and off the motorcycle.
