The invention relates to a quick-adjustment portable physical culture apparatus which is used for body building. According to the invention, the apparatus comprises an elongated rigid element (1) to which are connected the upper ends of two cords (2) at a distance from one another. The lower ends of said cords (2) are connected by means of several elongated elastic elements (4) such that the sportsperson using the inventive apparatus can perform movements with said elongated rigid element (1) held in the hands. Said movements exert traction on at least one of the elongated elastic elements (4), the central part of which is blocked in position by the feet. The inventive apparatus is particularly suitable for individuals and for physical culture clubs. |
