A method for reducing cycle time in injection moulding, an injection mould, and a nozzle of an injection-moulding machine. The ratio of the surface area of the cross-section of feed conduits (8, 9) to their outer surface area is arranged in relation to the capacity and shape of a mould cavity (7) such that injected moulding material left in the conduits (8, 9) hardens at the latest substantially simultaneously with the moulding material that fills the mould cavity (7).
