PURPOSE: Provided is a coating fluid composition to form a charge generation layer of photosensitive materials for electronic photo which raises the stability of coating fluid to produce the photosensitive materials so that it improves sensitivity and stability of the coating fluid. CONSTITUTION: In the coating fluid composition to form the charge generation layer of the photosensitive materials for the electronic photo which contains charge generation materials, binder resin, solvent and additive, the coating fluid composition to form the charge generation layer of the photosensitive materials for the electronic photo is characterized by using the mixture as solvent, wherein water and tetrahydrofuran are mixed at 1:99-30:70 weight ratio.
