PURPOSE: An automatic operator of an outlet for a manhole is provided to prevent various impurities from discharging to a sewage disposal plant and to remove impurities in a filter easily. CONSTITUTION: The automatic operator of an outlet for a manhole comprises: a casing(10) containing a filter(11) to filter out impurities, and a coupler(12) coupled with outlets(3) and provided with a discharge passage(13); a cap member(20) coupled to the upper side of the casing(10) and attached with a guide bar(21); a buoy(30) coupled with the guide bar(21) attached to the cap member(20), located on the discharge passage(13) of the casing(10) and ascended to the same height of a fluid by buoyancy if a fluid flows in the casing(10) to discharge a fluid to the discharge passage(13); and a horizontal plate(40) coupled with the discharge passage(13) of the coupler(12) to let a fluid flow in the outlet(3) of the manhole(1).
