POLYMER ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE/ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY WHERE METAL LINE IS BURIED AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte membrane/electrode assembly where a metal line is buried and its preparation method are provided, to allow the relation between the individual electrode potential of a cathode and an anode and the current density in addition of the relation between entire polymer electrolyte battery and the current density to be measured. CONSTITUTION: The polymer electrolyte membrane/electrode assembly comprises a polymer electrolyte membrane(22) which is formed by the process that the one terminal of a metal line(21) is dipped and into the Nafion solution(S) coated between the two Nafion sheets(22A,22B), and compressed to allow the Nafion solution(S) to be absorbed into the two Nafion sheets(22A,22B) and dried; and catalyst layers which are an electrode and are formed on the both sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane(22). Preferably the metal line is made of gold, platinum or silver.
